Our CrossFit classes are scaled and modified for all fitness levels. If you have an injury or a physical limitation our Certified CrossFit Coaches will substitute and/or modify the workout accordingly for you.

Each CrossFit Class includes:
- Workout-Specific Dynamic Warm-up
- Skill and Strength Work
- Workout of the Day
- Mobility and Recovery Drills
Each class is 60 minutes long. Please bring a towel and water and eat a small meal 2-3 hours before.
