Our Intro session is a free small group training session with one of professional coaches where you learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. Intro sessions are by appointment only and are required before you can sign up for any other classes.
The purpose of this session is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. At the end of your session, we’ll recommend the membership options and programs that would be best suited for you.
Our free intro classes are offered at various times throughout the week and anyone can come to try us out. This class includes a dynamic warmup, explanation of the movements, practice of the movements, the workout of the day (WOD), and a pricing option breakdown. Only one free intro class allowed per person. This class is 60 minutes long. You must register and sign up for our free intro class on our website prior to attending. Please bring a towel and water and eat a small meal 2-3 hours before.
